Booking Conditions

Upon receipt of a booking form and 50% deposit, confirmation of your booking will be sent to you together with a receipt for your deposit and an invoice for the outstanding balance. Final payment is due no later than one calendar month prior to your arrival date.

The property is offered for holiday use only.  

The rental period shall commence at 3pm on the arrival day and terminates at 10am on the departure day.

The owners of the property shall not be liable to the client for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services, nor for any loss or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owner.  

The owners of the property shall not be liable to the client for any personal injury suffered during their stay at the property.

A security deposit of £100 is required to be paid with the balance which will be refunded less any charges made for electricity used within 14 days of clients departure and subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

A charge of 12 pence per unit of electricity used will be levied.  The first 50 units are free of charge. The meter reading will be taken in the presence of the client at the start and end of the rental period. If electricity usage for the rental period is below 50 units the difference is not refundable.

Towels and fresh bed linen are supplied. If your stay is for more than 1 week arrangements for extra linen can be made with the caretaker on your arrival. If you would like the linen changed for you, there will be a charge for this service.
